INSURANCE INFORMATION

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence/Premera).

We are also credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, and First Choice; however, we’re only able to work with a very limited number of plans from these carriers. Coverage and benefits can vary significantly, and in some cases, patients may be responsible for a larger portion of the cost.

We’re happy to review your specific plan with you and help you understand what to expect before your visit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are no longer contracted with Washington Apple Health (Medicaid).

Patients with Apple Health are welcome to be seen on a self-pay basis. Services outside our clinic—such as labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing—are typically still covered.


NEW PATIENTS
Due to processing time for insurance eligibility and coverage. We are unable to process new patient requests in time for next day or same day appointments.
