For New Patients Making Your First Appointment

When you submit an appointment request, it is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Schedule Online

Visit our website and choose the appropriate visit type from the dropdown menu.

2. Enter Accurate Information

Provide complete and correct demographic and insurance details to avoid delays in verifying your eligibility.

New patients: Please include all insurance information in the comments section.

3. Insurance Verification

Insurance eligibility verification can take up to 3 business days. Once confirmed that we are in-network with your plan, we will finalize the booking and send a confirmation email.

Important Notes About Insurance:

• We are not currently accepting new patients with Apple Health, Medicaid, or other State Insurance plans. We are currently at the maximum number of State Insurance patients we can accommodate. This may change—please check back often, as these programs are fluid.
• If you have State Insurance, your card must list Jessica Kirkwood at The Women’s Clinic as your Assigned PCP on the back, or we will not be able to see you.

4. Appointment Timing

Same-day or next-day appointments are not available for new patients.

5. Establish Care

Your first visit is focused on establishing care. We do not perform annual exams or elective procedures during new patient visits, unless there is a specific medical issue requiring immediate attention.

6. Missed Appointments

If you schedule a new patient appointment and fail to show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will be unable to offer a second new patient visit.
